A lease is to be prepared by the Landlord's Solicitor. References will be sought by Johnsons & Partners. Each party will be responsible for their own legal expenses. The lease will be on an internally insuring and repairing basis.

Under the Protecting Against Money Laundering and the Proceeds of Crime Act 2002, Johnsons and Partners require any successful purchasers proceeding with a purchase to provide two forms of identification i.e. passport or photocard driving license and a recent utility bill. This evidence will be required prior to Johnsons and Partners instructing solicitors in the purchase or the sale of a property.
A deposit equivalent to one weeks rent will be required in order to commence referencing. The rent is to be paid in advance with a deposit equal to two months rent (less holding deposit) to be held for the term of the lease.
