We often, in times of high demand, offer block viewings and therefore you will have an allocated time of between 10 and 15 minutes within the block time. In these cases we respectfully ask people to be prompt so as not to miss their time slot and let the office know if they will be delayed.
The successful applicant will be required to pay a holding deposit equivalent to 1 weeks rent before referencing.
Prior to move in, we will require a deposit equivalent to 5 weeks rent along with the first months rent. Any holding deposit will be deducted from these amounts.

Purchaser information -The Money Laundering, Terrorist Financing and Transfer of Funds (Information on the Payer) Regulations 2017(MLR 2017) came into force on 26 June 2017. Johnsons and Partners require any successful purchasers proceeding with a property to provide two forms of identification i.e. passport or photocard driving license and a recent utility bill or bank statement. We are also required to obtain proof of funds and provide evidence of where the funds originated from. This evidence will be required prior to Johnsons and Partners removing a property from the market and instructing solicitors for your purchase.
